How the System Works

Post a Load

To post a load, simply click on 'New Freight' in the bottom menu. Here, you'll enter essential details such as commodity, dimension, weight, pickup and delivery date, and any specific instructions. Fill out the form, and watch as carriers gain instant access to your load, ready to provide competitive rates. It's that easy – streamline your logistics process and connect effortlessly with carriers to optimize your freight management.

Carrier Onboarding

Receiving carrier rates is a breeze! You can choose to receive rates via email or conveniently monitor them directly on the 'LoadBoard' view. Easily add carriers to your list by inviting them to the app. The onboarding is seamless – the carrier signs your contract, completes their profile, and submits the required Certificate of Insurance (COI). Now, you can efficiently dispatch loads with confidence!

Dispatch PDF Load Confirmations

Effortlessly dispatch PDF Load Confirmations and Bill Of Lading (BOL) with our user-friendly system. Once you receives multiple carrier rates, simply change the status to 'Accepted'. A popup window will prompt the selection of the preferred carrier from the list of those who provided rates. Another convenient popup window will appear after saving, allowing the addition of essential load information such as PO#, BOL#, PU#, shipper details, shipper address, receiver information, receiver address, and more. Upon saving the second form, the Load Confirmation is automatically emailed to the selected carrier, with you cc'd for seamless communication. Simplify and enhance the accuracy of load dispatching effortlessly.

With PowerTMS, users have full control over load status changes, right from their own login. Our intuitive interface allows carriers to seamlessly update the status of their loads with just a few clicks, ensuring real-time visibility and transparency throughout the transportation process. Whether it's marking a load as picked up, in transit, or delivered, users can effortlessly track and manage every stage of the shipment journey. Additionally, clients benefit from real-time status updates, enabling them to stay informed and make timely decisions based on the latest information available. Invoicing

With the PowerTMS app, invoicing your clients as soon as the load is delivered has never been easier. Our streamlined process allows you to effortlessly generate invoices directly from the app, eliminating time-consuming manual tasks and reducing administrative overhead. As soon as the delivery is completed, simply input the necessary details, such as the signed Bill Of Lading (BOL) and the accounts department email of your client, and our system automatically generates a professional invoice. You can then review and send the invoice to your client with just a few taps, ensuring prompt payment and maintaining positive client relationships.
